Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!

We are only permitted to issue refunds if the company is at fault. There are absolutely NO refunds.

 

We have a 2-day exchange policy, which means you have 48-hours after receiving your item to request a exchange ONLY in the event that you would like to report an item defective, damaged, or are requesting a replacement of the same item if the company is at fault.

 

To be eligible for an exchange, you must confirm that you have received the incorrect item. For sanitary reasons please be mindful that we do not take shapewear back that has been tried on, damaged by the customer used, or worn. Your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
